Sabaahath Latifi, LCPC, MS

My name is Sabaahath, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 13 years of experience as a mental health professional.  A couple of years ago, I took a step back to reflect on my career and well-being. Through this process, I identified my goals and redefined my purpose, which led me to establish Noor Wellness—a space dedicated to supporting those who care for others.

Supervision Philosophy
My supervision approach is rooted in reflective practice, creating a nurturing space for exploration, growth, and self-discovery. I believe supervision is an opportunity to not only enhance clinical skills but also deepen self-awareness, fostering a meaningful connection with yourself and your work. Together, we will focus on building your confidence, expanding your skill set, and ensuring you can provide optimal care while maintaining your own well-being.

Supervision should be a safe space to challenge yourself, grow, and refine your practice in a way that honors your personal and professional wellness. My goal is to guide you in becoming the best version of yourself for the individuals who trust you with their care.

Experience and Training
I have 5+ years of supervisory experience and am trained in reflective supervision. I am also actively working toward certifications in supervision and EMDR. My professional training includes:

  • Reflective Clinical Supervision and Coaching

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

  • Crisis Intervention

At Noor Wellness, I am committed to empowering mental health professionals to thrive in their roles while prioritizing their own wellness. Together, we can create a space for growth, resilience, and lasting impact.
