Our Story

Noor Wellness Group was founded by Sabaahath Latifi, a therapist and clinical supervisor who recognized a growing and often unmet need: a dedicated space for supporting the wellness of caregivers and those who show up for others every day. Through her years of clinical work and community engagement, Sabaahath witnessed firsthand how burnout, isolation, and lack of support can impact the emotional and spiritual well-being of therapists, healthcare workers, educators, and caregivers. Noor Wellness Group was born from a desire to change that narrative.

At its core, Noor Wellness Group exists to center the well-being of the healer. We offer clinical supervision, professional consultation, and opportunities for connection through community events and wellness-centered education. Our goal is to create a space where professionals can reflect, grow, and sustain their work without losing sight of their own care.

In addition to supporting professionals, Noor is committed to strengthening community wellness  through mental health education, awareness events, and preventative care. We believe that when communities are equipped with knowledge and language around mental health, they are better able to support one another with compassion and resilience.

Partnering with Dr. Imman Musa, founder of Hikma Counseling, and Shaykha Sana Mohiuddin, founder of Sound-Hearts Therapy, Noor Wellness Group offers a unique blend of therapeutic expertise and spiritual insight. Together, we aim to provide education, preventative care, and supportive services that are grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and spiritual awareness.

At Noor Wellness Group, we honor the sacred work of caring for others—by making sure those who care are cared for, too.
